Return of Goods The Buyer shall have the right to inspect the goods on arrival, and within ten (10) working days after delivery the Buyer must render notice in writing to PEM of any claim on account of alleged defects. Buyer’s failure to comply shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the goods by Buyer. Only unused goods, intact, undamaged and complete with all components and hardware originally provided by PEM may be authorized for return subject to inspection and acceptance by PEM. PEM will not accept returns without prior return authorization. All returns must be within thirty (30) days from the original shipping date. Authorized and accepted returns will without exception be assessed a 25% restocking charge.
International Orders: All International customers assume full and complete responsibility for any and all duties, tariffs, taxes and/or other import fees assessed upon importation of goods.
